Why do I need this product?
Let's ask some questions:
Do you ever take vacations from the office?
Do you feel restricted as to when you can take those vacations and how long you can take them? Your business has to continue when you are away.
Do you have to leave signed checks in case of an unexpected expense.
If you are gone for 2 weeks who authorizes the bills to be paid? If you do, don't you want to see the bill before you authorize it? How do the checks get paid, who signs the checks?
Do you like signing all those checks?
If you have an online process do you like giving permission to someone else to send the payments?
Does more than one authorizer have to sign off on the bills? Are they always available to sign off on something?
So you want someone that doesn't have access to QuickBooks to do the accounts payable?
DO YOU WANT TO BE ABLE TO DO ALL THIS FROM A LAPTOP, TABLET, IPONE OR DROID?
Do you want your accounts receivable to come into your bank account whether you are in the office or in the Bahamas.
Would you rather not deal with credit card numbers from you customer and let some other financial company take care of that?
Now you are saying "Yes I understand how this might help but how does it do easy Cash Management?"
If you use both parts of accounts receivable and accounts payable it will give you a picture of your expected finances for 90 days out. If cash seems to be a bit tricky somewhere down the line it will help you see that and will allow you to move the payments out to another day. It is hard to say when exactly your customers will pay. Since payroll is not on this program it will allow you to enter that extimated amount so your estimate is even closer.
This program will save a copy of the original bill attached to the bill in this program. To get an original into this program all you have to do is fax it, scan it, download it to your company Inbox in this program. You also as for a copy of the file for audit purposes at any time. Since it has this capability you should be able to clear out your original copies soon that you have been able to in the past. Just think of the space difference from you old boxes and a CD per year!
